These actions are: Thrusting, Cutting, Scooping, Hanging, Pointing, Wiping, Supporting, Propping, Sweeping, Intercepting, Pricking, Pushing, Transforming. IT balances hardness with softness, quickness and slowness and utilises concealing and appearing, dodging and transferring.
