Learn each of the basic sword sequences and put them together into a short form. See how these sequences can be used to improve your health, coordination and well being.
Each sequence is cyclic and can be repeated a number of times, helping you to master it's movements. You will learn each sequence first slowly and then at normal pace developing their flow and rytheme.
Finally, you will learn to flow from one sequence into another in a set form. The set form will be your guide and allow you to develop your own form in the future.
Ultimately this will lead to formless movements where you can switch from your current sequences to any other sequence at the drop of a pin and bring your own creativity to your sword practice.
